Returns and refunds
We will accept the return of any item within 30 days of the day of delivery for any reason, provided the item is new and unused, and in its original packing. Please contact us before returning any items. In the case that there is no fault with the product then the customer will be liable for the return delivery cost. You can simply return the item to our warehouse for a full refund or we can collect the item from you and take the cost of that from the amount refunded.
On receipt of the item back to us it will be quality checked. We will then process a full refund (minus any return delivery costs if we have collected the product from you) onto the card or into the account used to make the purchase. The customer will usually receive funds within 3 days after receipt of the returned item.

All of our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty. This warranty is 12 months in length and will cover faulty parts or craftsmanship. General wear and tear, or misuse are not covered. If there is anything wrong with your product please get in touch with us so that we can make the necessary arrangements to repair or replace it for you. We will need to see photos of the issue so that we can assess the problem and work out the best solution.
Damaged or Faulty Item Returns
If you have a damaged or faulty item, and this becomes apparent within the 12 month period of the warranty, please contact us and we will give you an email address to which you can send photographs of the fault. If the item is in warranty then we will process a replacement or product exchange or agree a partial discount if preferred, with the customer as soon as possible. Please note that refunds are not available on damaged or faulty items after the 30 day returns period has elapsed, only repair or replacement is available.
Please check both the packaging and if possible the product itself before signing for its receipt. The customer should notify us of any physical damage discovered on the product or if they have rejected the item because of physical damage. If the item is damaged on receipt then please contact us with photos so that we can make a claim against the courier. We will process a replacement or product exchange or agree a partial discount if preferred,
